DESCRIPTION
Foaming agent NC is a kind of white solid powder. No active agent is needed in processing, the decomposition only depends on the heat and processing conditions, friction and pressure. The gas yield is CO2, which will not corrode the processing equipment. It's decomposed residue is white, which will not affect the color of product. It is environmental protection product, no contamination during processing.
APPLICATION
It’s mainly used for PVC and PS profiled bars, plates and blank etc, especially suitable for PVC extrusion and PEF second-time foaming. It is also widely used for EVA MD shoe materials, NBR&PVC heat insulating material etc.

STORAGE

The product should be stored in cool and dry surroundings.
The shelf life is two years, it can be still used if qualified by inspection after shelf life.

25kg/bag with PP bag or customized packaging according to customer requirements.
LOADING CAPACITY
For 20GP container, we can load 16mt with pallets or 18mt without pallets.
For 40HC container, we can load 28mt with pallets or 28mt without pallets.
